Quantum 4599 is a fast-dry epoxy/urethane primer sealer. It is for spot, panel, and overall repairs. It has great flow and leveling, topcoat holdout, and fast overcoat and nib sanding times. You can also use it as a finish primer on well-prepared gelcoat and fiberglass surfaces where fairing and surfacing are not needed.
Is part of a two-part system must use 99-A-100 to activate the base and complete the system. The mix ratio for the system is 4 parts Quantum 4599 and 1 part 99-A-100 spray activator.
